Our current payment methods are designed to keep things simple and cost efficient.
Visa card must be validated and funds available before commencement of work.
- CASH: always good
- CHEQUE: All cheques must be cleared before work is commenced.

Our goal is to make sure everything is just right and you are completely satisfied. To meet this commitment to you, Balloons Or Bust operate under the following guidelines and principles:
- We only use premium quality balloons supplied by the industry leaders
- All ribbon will be curled.
- On table arrangements - the view of the person opposite the table will not be obstructed by balloons, whilst seated.
- Our balloons are guaranteed to stay up for the duration of your function. Min 14hrs.
Or for a small extra cost, we can increase flight times by adding a flight extender. Perfect for those weekend promotions sales launches or even those extended celebrations.
sales terms & conditions
Unconfirmed quotes are valid for 3 months.
- Quotes must be confirmed 30 days prior to the event with deposit.
- The balance is to be paid no later than a week before the event.
- All equipment with a (symbol) remains the property of Balloons or Bust.
- Loss or damage must be paid in full by the person whose signature appears on the order.
